SUMMARY:CTL Queer Book Club - 24 October 2026
DESCRIPTION:Time: 9:45am for 10:00amVenue: Central Library Cape TownMeeting Point: Meet inside the library\, specifically in the Art Library section. Follow the stairs up to the mezzanine floor. We usually have a coffee and a social "Meet and Greet" where we can share ideas on books and get to know each other. You don’t need to be a big reader to join. Many people come for the conversations\, the sense of community\, and the shared love of stories. It’s a safe\, inclusive space\, and a lovely event to attend on your own\, even if you're new or don't know anyone. You don't need to be a member of the Library to attend\, but becoming a member of the library is free. Please note: We use the term "Lesbian" as an inclusive umbrella term. It is a label that helps you find a community\, not a prescription of who is allowed in this space. This group welcomes and celebrates all sapphics\, women who love women (including bisexuals and pansexuals)\, and all queer\, trans and gender non-binary folk.
