God of Carnage

God of Carnageby Yasmina Reza | Directed by Bernie JacobsPresented by the Claremont Dramatic SocietyFeaturing well-known and award-winning community theatre actors Dave Waugh, Jaime Uranovsky, Juliet Yates and Landon McClure. Two couples meet to sort out a playground fight between their sons like civilised adults. Coffee is poured, apologies rehearsed, good intentions firmly in place. It doesn't last.Yasmina Reza's Tony Award-winning comedy strips away the veneer of politeness one glass of rum at a time, as alliances shift, tempers fray, and the evening spirals into gloriously uncomfortable chaos. Beneath the manners lies something far more primal — and far funnier.16–24 October | Masque Theatre Language Advisory: This production contains strong and sensitive language and audience discretion is recommended for younger audience members.THINGS TO KNOW:* Please arrive on time - no entry is allowed after the show starts.
