Floatspace and Sonhum invite you to The Sensory Sanctum, an immersive soundbath experience exploring sound and its relationship to the senses.Through sub-frequencies and the integration of live and electronic spatial instrumentation, the space offers an opportunity to ground through sound while connecting with sight, smell and taste.Come as you are.Here, creativity is not approached as something that must result in art, but as a means of collective nervous system regulation, whether you’re engaging or witnessing.There will be sensory activities available for you to dip in and out of throughout the bath, with watercolours, essential oils, botanical teas and tarot to follow your curiosity through.You are welcome to use this time to:JournalCreateMeditateGently stretchRestOr simply listen and enjoy the soundbath in the company of others.Once the soundbath begins, the space will become a reflective, non-verbal environment, allowing you to relax through whichever medium feels right for you in any given moment.We look forward to having you in this cosy sonic sanctuary.Please arrive 5 minutes before the event begins.Remember to bring a yoga mat, or anything else you might need to feel comfortable and settled.Tickets for this event will be very limited.
