RISE Productions, in association with Rumours Lounge, is thrilled to be hosting yet another live event with the music lovers of Jozi!We've got a jam-packed lineup and a variety of genres to ensure your night is anything but predictable, as well as specials at the bar, official band merch, and fun-loving folks.Walk These Skies is a South African modern metalcore x deathcore band melding intense, riff-driven verses with soaring, melodic choruses. The lineup consists of Trystan Bryce (vocals), Marcelle van der Heever (lead guitar), Matt Nijland (rhythm guitar) and Lorenzo Germani (drums). Their reputation for channeling raw emotional expression and brutal lyrical honesty into heavy, memorable songs has made them an increasingly popular band in the South African metal scene. Their non-stop energetic live performance style has resulted in them playing a long list of exhilarating shows and festivals with many reputable lineups.Greater than the sum of its parts, Amber Light Choices is an energetic flurry of thoughts and feelings wrapped in a layer of authenticity and presented with the grace of a kick in the teeth. The Johannesburg-based rock quartet is a commanding presence in the underground scene, known for blending raw emotional intensity with technically precise alternative rock. Amber Light Choices currently consists of Victor Bucarizza (lead vocals), Aleks Bulovic (guitar, backing vocals), Piet Dempsey (guitar), and Beer le Roux (drums). They released their debut full-length album Stitches in February 2026.The Barcode Bandits is an alternative rock band, dedicated to breaking away from the world's events and walking their own path.
